How long will it take for the government to process my application?

It takes time for the government to look at immigration applications. Sometimes it takes longer than you hope. The time that it takes is always changing. Different applications take different amounts of time.

How long will I have to wait for my refugee hearing?

The government does not post processing times for all types of applications, like the time it takes to get a refugee hearing. It could take you between 6 months and 2 years for you to have a refugee hearing, although some people wait longer.
